Alegro Churros Bar is a small, unassuming kiosk / stall, located at Block D of Clarke Quay. What I love most about Alegro Churros Bar is their authentic, made in-house food and drinks, that is fresh and just bursting with flavour.

Service at Alegro Churros Bar is fantastic, staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their food. Because the place is small, do go early to get seats... Preferably before 8pm.

I'll visit Alegro Churros Bar again!

The signature Alegro Churros With Chocolate Dip, is fresh and liberally sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Easily one of the best Churros I've had... Crispy outside, while still slight chewey inside, with the sweetness from the cinnamon sugar coating. Good enough on its own, even better with the chocolate dip.

I liked the Alegro Cosmo cocktail. An in-house creation of vodka, triple sec, lime juice and berries (Strawberry and Blackberry). Sweet and refreshing.

The Albondigas Con Salsa De Tomate Y Cebolla is a Spanish tomato stew, and the version here is fresh, with hand made tomato sauce. Thus, it's thick and concentrated, and you can taste the freshness of the tomatoes and herbs used. Easily one of the best tomato sauces / stew I've ever had. The meatballs are made from beef and lamb, and are tightly packed. Fantastic dish. Staff assure me that this item is made daily, despite what it says on the menu.
